I've made
this cake that I found on Sukkertøy for øyet a couple of times now. And everyone loves it and asks for the recipe. I have made some small alterations with the recipe (which I have a tendency to do with every recipe..:)
This is how
I make it:
125 g butter
100 g dark chocolate
200 g brown sugar
3 eggs
40 g flour
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
0,5 teaspoon bakingpowder
200 g Philadelphia cream cheese (or other cream cheese)
100 g white chocolate
Melt the butter, dark chocolate and brown sugar. Let it cool down before you stir the eggs in, one by one. Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder into the batter and pour it into the prepared pan. (about 24 cm).
Melt the white chocolate. Let it cool down a little bit, and add cream cheese and stir gently.
Ad the white mixture in dots around in the brown cake batter.
Drag a fork through the white to create a marble pattern.
Bake at 180 degrees in about 35 minutes at the lowest level.
Sorry my picture is not the best, but I concentrated on eating instead of taking photos:)...or it didn't even cross my mind:) You can go
here and see Sukkertøy for øyet's picture's that's more informative:)
