I like!

I really like the design on these tableware collections from Alyson Fox. So cool! I especially like the mug with the red shoes...I really have thing for cute mugs...can`t get enough:)

I had Norgesglasss like these many years ago, but I got rid of them as I wanted more silly modern boxes...But now I still think they`re very nice and they have a timeless and simple design that I really like. So I had to get me some "new" (secondhand) ones. Luckily they had them at Fretex. (Salvation army store) Now they`re back in my home:)

I got this old red emergency break from my mother in law. It`s been used on a train and it`s so cool! Lucky me;)

My daughters dollbed was a plain wooden bed. After some paint, washipaper and new bedlinen made from a old 70s skirt of mine, it looks quite good:)

Ok, so here comes 7 things about me:)

1. I love to eat!! especially salty snacks and Asian food..

2. I was born in Japan and lived there until I was 16 years old (except for 2 years in the middle of this, so I lived there for almost 14 years)

3.My blog name babyramen is from my favorite snack as a child in Japan. It`s actually called "babystar", but I used to call it babyramen and still love it!!!:)

4.  I have to have a cup of tea every morning. I prefer China Keemun tea in the morning:)

5. I love to dance, especially to 80s music:)

6. I can`t listen to music without singing along. Which could be a bit annoying for the people around me:)

7. I collect vintage coffeecups, teaboxes and kokeshi dolls.

I`ve painted the door to my daughters room in bright red. I love the colorsplash in my hallway.

I`m in love with this wallpaper from Cole & Son! I`ve wanted it for years, but haven`t had any proper place to put it up. They really do deserve the best spot in the apartment:) I wish these beautiful flamingos will come and  live with me some day...:)
