I love avocados and eat it almost every day on bread, in salad, with pasta, in sushi and like this, like a "pesto" mixed with any types of pasta. The recipe is from the blog it will stop raining.
It`s so simple and good. I recommend it with fish especially fried or grilled:)
For one person:
Mash half a avocado with 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon soyasaus and 1 tablespoon (or more) freshly grated ginger. Mix in the other half of the avocado in bigger chunks. Sprinkle with sesamseeds and nori (if you like). I also like to add a drop of sesamoil for more asian taste:)
It`s so easy and fast to make and is good as a simple lunch or dinner, but very good as a side dish to other food.
